Terms of use
Last updated 23 September 2026
Anthem Arena is a free music-ranking game run by the Anthem Arena developer in the United Kingdom ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. Contact: Me → Settings → Contact us in the app.
1. Who can use it
You must be 13 or over to create an account. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian first. One person per account; keep your sign-in to yourself.
2. What the service is
Anthem Arena helps you rank music you like by voting between pairs of songs. It shows song details, artwork and short previews supplied by Apple, Deezer and YouTube, and links out to music services. We do not host or sell music, and nothing here gives you rights in any song, recording or artwork. Previews and videos remain subject to their providers' own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you use YouTube features.
3. Your content
Your display name, profile, ideas, and anything else you post stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to other players as part of running the service. You are responsible for what you post.
4. Rules
Do not use Anthem Arena to post or share anything that:
- is illegal in the UK, including hate, threats, harassment, terrorism content, or sexual content involving children;
- is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unsuitable for a service teenagers use;
- impersonates someone, or shares someone else's personal information;
- is spam, advertising, or a scam;
- deliberately points shared song fixes at the wrong or harmful video.
Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service, or use someone else's account.
5. Reports, moderation and complaints
Use Report on any idea or profile to tell us about something that breaks these rules. We review reports and may remove content, reset a display name, or suspend or close an account. We take down illegal content as soon as we are aware of it. If you disagree with a decision, or want to complain about how we handled a report, reply through Me → Settings → Contact us and we will look again and explain the outcome.
6. Donations
Donations through Ko-fi are voluntary gifts towards running costs, such as developer memberships and hosting. They do not buy a product, a feature, or any promised result, and are not refundable except where the law or Ko-fi's own terms say otherwise. We may thank supporters, for example by letting them post on the ideas board, but that is at our discretion and can change.
7. Availability and changes
This is a small, free service provided as it is. It may change, be unavailable at times, or close. We will try to give notice of big changes in the app, and you can download your data at any time from Me → Settings.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, because the service is free, we are not liable for loss of data, rankings or other indirect loss.
9. Ending
You can stop using Anthem Arena and delete your account at any time from Me → Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
